Our Founders
Created as an act of love
First cousins, soul allies, and seasoned practitioners of growth and transformation.

Katie Mark
Co-Founder · Visionary & Integrator
Katie is a catalyst for aligned living. With a career spanning executive leadership in design and operations — from president of a renowned furniture company to chief of staff in the worlds of entertainment and emerging technology — she brings both altitude and precision to every engagement.
Her gift is seeing from 30,000 feet while staying rooted in what is real and essential. Grounded, expansive, and deeply heart-centered, she draws on years of embodied practice and global modalities to support self-resourcing, inner alignment, and creative freedom.
Through Clove, she serves those who are already thriving — the walking well — and invites them to experience themselves more fully, more freely, and more powerfully than ever before.

John Heller
Co-Founder · Guide & Strategist
John is a space-holder for transformation. As co-founder of Clove, he helps people redesign their inner worlds — curating experiences, relationships, and practices that unlock clarity, expansion, and soul-aligned growth.
John has spent over two decades at the intersection of leadership, healing, and systems change, serving as CEO of pioneering nonprofits including Little Sun and the Presencing Institute. His work blends sharp strategic insight with deep intuitive listening, drawing on somatic wisdom and spiritual inquiry.
Through Clove, he offers not a program, but a path — a designed journey back to wholeness, depth, and joy.
John and Katie are first cousins. They created Clove because they had been doing this work informally for years — for friends, for family, for anyone who needed someone to hold the thread. Eventually the work named itself. Clove: cousin love.
